It’s EDC Weekend Again

THRONGS OF BURNT OUT MILLENIALS, X’ERS, AND LOVERS OF PSYCHEDELIC DRUGS DESCEND ON VEGAS FOR THE ANNUAL ELECTRIC DAISY CARNIVAL

Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) 2025 ignites the Las Ve-gas Motor Speedway this weekend, May 16–18.

500,000 attendees are expected for three nights of nonstop electronic music, immersive art, and dazzling visuals along with traditional DUI-targeted patrolling, drug offenses, and ofther mischief often accompany-ing large influxes of partiers.

This year’s theme, “kineticMETROPOLIS,” takes LEGO and makes them move. New additions include the Ubuntu stage, spotlighting Afro house and global

beats, and expanded wellness zones, as the festival calls them, promoting harm reduction and mental health awareness.

Beyond the Speedway, EDC week offers pool parties, pop-up shops, and brand activations throughout Las Vegas. Notably, Victoria’s Voice hosts a Naloxone pop-up at Westgate Las Vegas, providing free overdose-re-versal kits and education.

As the sun sets and the bass drops, EDC 2025 promises an unforgettable experience under the electric sky.
